The Employer has received a grant from the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) for Construction of Qalali & Wadi Alsail Housing Complex.
Wadi Al-Sail Housing Project shall comprise of 616 nos. houses (type Dana A, Dana C) located in Wadi Al-Sail at Site 239, Block 930.
Qalali Housing Project shall comprise of 213 nos. houses (type Dana A, Dana C) located in Qalali, Muharraq at Site 229, Block 255
ALTERAZ is executing Design Review, Tender Documents review and adoption to the Clients Regulations, Evaluations of the Contractor's Bids and Supervision for Construction and Grading Works.
