ALTERAZ has been requested to assist the Client for Procurement of Medical Equipment for King Abdullah Teaching Hospital in Mansehra-Pakistan and also to assist the Client for Procurement of Furniture and Lab equipment for King Abdullah University campus in Muzafferabad / Pakistan
ALTERAZ, as the Consultant, is approaching to the project in 2 phases;
Phase-1 -
a. Evaluation of Equipment lists, Coordination with the end users (KATH – KAU )
b. Evaluation of Hospitals/ University Conditions, collecting site information & Meetings with end users,
c. Evaluation Report to be submitted
d. Preparation of Technical Specifications, Preparation of tender documents/Approvals,
e. Engineering estimation,
f. Floating tenders and collecting bids in Pakistan and KSA. Pakistan visits and meetings,
g. Bid evaluations,
h. Negotiations,
i. Preparation of procurement contracts,
j. Signing of Contracts
k. Final Report to be submitted
Phase-2 –
a. Ensuring civil/electrical/mechanical conditions ready and Consultant to follow and supervise,
b. Delivering Equipment,
c. Coordinating Installations with the suppliers,
d. Testing & commissioning,
e. Coordinate training for medical staff from suppliers
